We invest at the ‘post revenue, pre-profit’ stage of development. Whilst we will consider pre-revenue opportunities,
the businesses need to be on the cusp of commercialization with clear visibility of recurring revenues.

We prefer to invest in proprietary disruptive technologies, or companies that can demonstrate a strong, defendable market position.

Individual investments are available between £100,000 and £1,000,000 and may be advanced in their entirety, or in
pre-agreed tranches. If an opportunity is dependent upon syndication with another party, we will consider this on an
individual basis.

We can either take a light touch or more participative role post investment, as we do not wish to disenfranchise management. We will however take a Board position, either directly or via an industry based non-executive Director. Where appropriate we may be able to add significant non‐monetary value via our significant network of contacts, as well as advising on the appointment and structure of the executive team.

Mantua will not consider investments into:

Property and Real Estate Early Stage Biotech Media Start-ups or Research Based Projects

Distressed Assets Long Term Debt Facilities Overdraft Funding

A single one-off Arrangement Fee is levied at the time that monies are advanced. The Arrangement Fee covers
the cost of all legal and financial services required by Mantua Capital. No further monitoring fees are levied,
thus providing the recipient with the knowledge that there are no hidden costs at a later date.
